At Avaya for more than 12 years, David's background includes Sales, Extensive Technical SE Director and Applications Directors roles in North America and in Avaya Global Financial Services. He has been a featured speaker at many Avaya conferences and numerous universities.
Leveraging his experience as a technology leader, David will serve as a customer-facing briefer and advanced engineering resource focusing on the Avaya Intelligent Communications Portfolio as well as products from TSG's strategic partners Extreme Networks and Juniper Networks. David will help TSG and its customers to define vision and strategic technology directions and bolster bottom-line business performance.
