TSG proudly announces the hiring of three new members of its Pittsburgh services team. Andy Richardson, Jeff Eckberg and Tony Rosso will expand TSG’s fantastic coverage of the Eastern region.
Andy Richardson joins TSG as a Project Manager with 17 years of industry experience. He comes to TSG from Avaya where he worked as a Software Specialist before becoming a Project Manager, a position he held for the past eight years. As a Project Manager for TSG, he will work with customers to ensure successful solution implementations.
Jeff Eckberg joins TSG as its Eastern Region Unified Communications Director, after 4 years with Avaya as a Senior Systems Engineer. Prior to Avaya, Jeff worked at 3COM Corporation and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He has more than 20 years of experience in voice and data.
Tony Rosso joins TSG as a Field Engineer and has worked in the telecom industry for 23 years. Beginning in the central office environment where he worked on 4ESS and 5ESS, Tony moved on to copper and fiber splicing, eventually ending up in the PBX field with AT&T. Tony is Avaya certified in the S8XXX family, Intuity, Partner, Merlin, Merlin Legend and also A+ and Net+ certified.
