TSG was a Gold Sponsor of this year’s Wisconsin Avaya Users’ Group (WAUG), May 13-14 in Wisconsin Dells, WI. The sponsorship gave TSG the opportunity to interface with Avaya users throughout the Wisconsin region, making important connections and refining TSG’s sense of customer needs and business imperatives.
TSG sent six members to the event and delivered two break-out sessions. TSG Directors of Unified Communications, Mike Schwabe and Sean Loftis, spoke on Avaya Mobility Options and SIP, both generating wide appeal. Sean Loftis reprised his InAAU 2010 conference hit, “SIP: I Can Spell It, But Now What?” for the event.
